Chef Troy brings over 35 years of experience in the restaurant and catering industry and is truly a treasure to the community. Beyond the kitchen, he is deeply invested in the growth of Double Springs and Houston. He regularly gives back by feeding local schools, sports teams, and businesses—often at a discount or even free of charge—and proudly sponsors numerous events and school programs across Winston County.
